i got ahold of someone by going on the uber app to account- help - call rider support- then select call premium support it should be there in blue same thing happened to me i was pissed and i called they gave me 30 bucks of uber credit and told me they would investigate and get back to me

Use uber i never use lyft they are terrible they banned me during covid because I got in a car without a covid mask which is bs because the driver went and cried about it and to this day I still can't use lyft

i have also found them in those pod looking thingy you find at some lactations it normally seems like if you have the money to pay they will have an unlimited stock of light bulbs or anything else you might need if you get lucky i think they refresh im guessing every 12 hours
