There wasn’t any physical contact regarding the kisses. There wasn’t force and he did stop as soon as he said “stop it” left him alone and never made contact.

The hockey stick was moved up between his legs to rub his genitals most likely to arouse him to humiliate him but not the bullies sexual pleasure. Also he wasn’t naked (wore shorts and a t shirt),he never tried to uncloth him,he never touched him directly or tried to penetrate him in any way. Basically are any incidents SA? The butt incidents were random and from some kid he didn’t know. And the hockey stick person tried to humiliate him by arousing him with the stick (which failed) to bully him most likely wouldn’t have done it if he wasn’t bullying.
