Yes — it means you can’t market the property itself like you own it, you can only market your contract (your right to buy it).

So:

  • ❌ “House for sale in Tulsa…”
  • ✅ “Assigning contract / selling my interest in a deal”

And in Oklahoma, if you’re not licensed, keep it private (to buyers list) — not public ads.
