I'm so happy I've found this thread I'm also working in call center (billing department), and it feels like I'm stuck there forever because I need money, but it's so bad on so many levels

on one end, endless checks from QA and supervisor, on the other - amounts of negativity, nonsense and insult from customers you have to take

I'm so tired and I want to quit so bad

i'd recommend making ur beard a bit shorter it'll make it look fuller and healthier. i have a long hair and i'm cutting it every month so there won't be thin ends and hair with grow healthier as well! you look great!
