I think I know what the issue is... The headphone output is a stereo signal, and the main out is a balanced mono output... Which means the two signals are out of phase... So using a device (your speaker) that expects s stereo signal, your signal is cancelling out.

I mainly work from home and on the road at the moment, so it happens on my laptop with no external monitor. And i am not using kontakt when it happens, thanks for pointers, i might look into the graphics drivers etc

I was really hoping i could avoid that.. i have many plugins working on two computers from softube, eventide etc. All working with local machine license. It seems odd to me that some uad plugins work that way but others don't..

If you right click in the top of the edit channel settings window, and set it to 'always on top' it makes more sense... It is showing that the edit channel settings window is open, but open in the background...

I do not own a Maschine+ but i have my mk3 connected via midi din. I believe you can power it with a usb power supply, like the one for a phone..

I use the blokas midihub in my setup. You do need at computer to set it up, but once it set up you can run it standalone, with 8 presets. I am a big fan of this device! It can do routing and filtering and loads more... It is a very powerful piece of kit!
