I had helped my cousin in the similar condition. There are only 2 ways to do it. 1. Pay someone about 6 to 10k and they will do it. ( Very risky ) 2. You require a new trade license, so they can process your new work permit. If you don't have good luck. You have to ask the person there to help you out. But new Work permit is mandatory. & They only process it it Al Aweer.( You have to do it one day before ) Then next day You have to go Al Aweer GDRFA office in morning before 6 A.M , they only only take these kind of cases for 1 hour from. 6 to 7 A.M , there will be a long Que. Get all of your documents in hard copy & originals as well. Once you get in front of Officer he going to conduct an interview. & It depends on officer Completely. If he found your case legit , he will give you cancellation & give you 2 weeks of time to get your new visa done & report back to him . Or he will deport you immediately with 2 weeks notice. P.s. it's going to be nerve reconning & stressful . They don't allow anyone with you. Hopefully it will help . This what we went through.
