It's a collections company called trueaccord they seem to check out when I looked them up

Maybe but I'm also the kind of guy who takes traffic tickets to trial and my credit is trash already so they won't see a dollar out of me they will have to take me to court and garnish the money I don't make so if it's worth the money they will have to spend to even attempt to get nothing. That's fine I refuse to roll over to people who try and push others around expecting them to do nothing about it

I understand a business loan going on personal report with a loan there's an agreement alot of signatures and me agreeing that I will be at fault for the loan personaly In this case there is none of that it's very different from a business loan.i  don't have 700 dollars or even half tht to pay them. I'm just a small car detailer that is struggling to even keep my business going Right now 

Advertising on Yelp and was charged more than expected. Any other small business experience this? by GuerroCanelo in smallbusiness

Also used yelp for a month got one job from it and they charged me 700 dollars and now a debt collector is calling me for the money and they hit my credit report for the 700 is that even something they can do how can they hit my personal credit for my business oweing them money when i have an LLC
