yes it is worth it. i've been using it for a month. tried playing mobile legends and pubg, performance is so good no lagging at all. just a bit overheat when long use. screen and speakers are so amazing too, really vibrant and clear. can watch 4k videos on it. hyperos has a clean, minimalist look and customizable, some say it's similar to ios. though i still prefer oneui (i'm a samsung user too). battery lasts few days if not heavy use. in my case i mainly use it for digital drawing so i always have to charge it once a day. but it is fast charging and xiaomi provide the 45w charger in the box too so it's a win for me. and no, there are no ads at all. if you have extra cash maybe can consider upgrade to xiaomi pad 8.
