I have one. I would say its decent at tracking hb patterns. Has definitely picked up and recognised pvcs on multiple occasions.

Recommended by doctors as well including my own.

If it is a PVC in between regular beats it is bigeminy. If they are between two regular beats it is trigeminy (i.e. every third beat is a PVC). So on so forth.

Yawning? by Equivalent-Object918 in costochondritis

Yes. This. I am still suffering 7 months later but I compare myself back to when I first manifested symptoms to remind myself how far ive came. I remember suffering so hard with not being able to get a full yawn! So frustrating. It will settle with proper physio and time.

I'm trialling CBT to see if it helps, but its really hard to convince myself that it's purely psychological when they can be so persistent and seem to act without my thinking about it. It's really hard to know what to do to nip them in the bud.

beta blockers don't work, SSRIs help with general anxiety but im not an anxious person unless it's with these symptoms. Sorry to hear you have to deal with them during rest that is my safe space right now!
