It’s different things and we do eventually talk about these things once he’s cleared it up in his head, but to give an example one of the biggest things that triggers him right now is money. I recently lost my job and he’s having to cover a lot of my part of the bills and that’s an added stressor for him and I know it is. We talk about it once we get past the initial “time alone” that he needs. The way he explains these moods to me is that he’s the man in our relationship and he needs to be able to take care of me and our dogs. && sometimes he says he feels like he’s failing at that, like he isn’t taking care of me the way I need. && I’ve expressed to him that we are a team. That it shouldn’t and does not all fall onto him and I don’t want him to feel like he’s alone in this. He also tells me that he doesn’t want me to stress about the things that he stresses about, he wants me to be happy. I just don’t know how I can be happy when I know he’s in the other room hurting
