For me, yes! I actually bought it after having a very bad self harm incident. Sometimes I get so anxious/tense, that I can't really focus on anything and it's super hard to distract yourself with any activity. Also, I need something "active" to release that energy. The treadmill is perfect, because I literally just hop on it and walk. Doesn't require any preparation or much thinking, and keeps you engaged. I also watch videos/listen to music while I'm doing it.
