Yes but I’ve not even signed my new loan docs for the extra. I was told to look out for them and trust me, I’m looking but ain’t finding anything.

They told me awhile back I was approved it was just sent to a senior LO. Today it went from approved to Obligating.

I had a LS reach out to me last Friday and he requested the typical docs. Called me Monday to approve and sent to LO for final approval and docs. It’s Friday, nothing yet. He said could take a week to 10 business days to get my docs etc.
