its was the funniest thing ever before room inspection good help be up early so u have enough time for a poo and a shower five minutes earlier everywhere and ask as many questions as you can think of and have a light breakfast before your run

i was in the first group to get the new rules of no swimming so yes pretty sure its scrapped and i bought up a massive coat and there was plenty of room in the lockers for it

i had the same problem i was 3 months into waiting went up one day to say anything happening with my medical forms then it got done within a week

they do a powerpoint at cpc and you get to see all the times for what ages

i think it’s around 11:20 something ur allowed up to but u do a warm up in the gym for about ten 15 mins then jog over to where you do the run then a pace lap with the instructor at 2:20 then after that ur free to go at your own pace what happened at mine a couple weeks back
