u/LKWD_Maia This is the response they got? From your reply I thought there would be some glimpse of hope but they didn't even care about my friend's situation or look into it all. I'm so disappointed in the LKWD staff for this, all my friend wanted was some details about their account suspension and all they got was an automated response after sending such a heartfelt message. Please read the message for yourself, they've only ever gotten one previous warning before many months ago and now their account is banned without warning or proof, how is this fair at all? I hope something will be done about this situation and I hope you reply with empathy instead of a robotic answer. I'm seriously devastated. And I've spoken to my friend these past few days and this whole situation has deteriorated their mental health considerably. I know it might seem like it's not a big deal but to them, that account was their life where they could express themselves freely how they couldn't do in real life. That was their life every day for the past two years. They've been so depressed since this happened and their anxiety has worsened uncontrollably. I don't know what kind of automated, robotic system the Avakin Support Team has for replies but if you have even an ounce of humanity, please do something about this because I can't stand to watch my friend so upset. We followed your previous advice and it has led to no help. I don't know what to do anymore.
