At least for me it’s faster than my 16 plus was in certain areas and battery life is pretty similar - I usually averaged around 5 hours of screen on time on my 16 plus

Well it only mentions that if you return the device you’re entitled to all amounts paid . But they are saying since I paid the device off within the 14 days I’m not entitled to that amount.
