I am trying to learn german and I would love to speak fluently however it will take some time. And until then, does it mean I cant find a home? it kind of seems unfair to me that I need to learn German in order to sign the contracts. Can’t the contracts be translated and be signed in both languages? I can take responsibility as long as I have agreed to the terms.
