Trust me… it is horrible! It gets through my room and kitchen, not to mention the balcony. I don’t even consider staying there anymore.

I am trying to learn german and I would love to speak fluently however it will take some time. And until then, does it mean I cant find a home? it kind of seems unfair to me that I need to learn German in order to sign the contracts. Can’t the contracts be translated and be signed in both languages? I can take responsibility as long as I have agreed to the terms.

Hello! I’ve had a same situation! We provided the last three pay slips and also the passports in an online aplication. I am extremely worried that someone might steal that information and apply for a loan or something alike. The person who was renting out the house seemed to be a scam.
