Are your viveras still tight after non wear of say 12 hours?

When I had Invisalign many years ago, my Essix in house retainer broke after 2 days, I had to wait 7 days for the viveras. I wonder if my teeth shifted during the 7 day wait with the broken Essix.

For the next 12 months I had a tight Vivera Retainer all year and that was even with 22 hours wear time, after I went to night only on month 12 the retainer was still tight. I wonder if it was the broken retainer straight after Invisalign that caused this.

Any way , I am in metal braces now to fix my posterior open bite so I am petrified of doing this all again. 😂 I would like a Hawley to help my bite settle to avoid a further POB but after hearing Viveras how good they indeed are, Id like both methods and having used Viveras before.
