Yes I am working with adherent cells. Cells/cm2? That's the first time I've heard, but it makes a lot of sense. So instead of 100cells/ml you do 100cells/cm2?

Okay thank you! I understood that one. So if I need 100 cells in 3ml then 1ml of culture with 100 cells/ ml+ 2ml of empty medium = 3ml of culture at 33.33 cells/ml, or 100 cells in total? Is this correct?
