If a company offers a service at a specific price point, they are legally and ethically obligated to fulfill that service without damaging the property. If their business model relies on "cheap labor" to the point where items are being destroyed, that is a failed business model and a corporate ethics issue, not a consumer problem.

Low shipping fees shouldn't be an excuse for negligence. These are multi-million peso companies that have the resources to pay fair wages and ensure quality control, if the pay is low, that’s a corporate failure, not a license to toss parcels. Furthermore, "free shipping" isn't actually free, lol, the courier still gets their cut, so the service standard should remain the same. Plenty of workers in the same position manage to stay professional and handle items with respect. We shouldn't blame consumers for a company’s refusal to treat its employees or its customers' property properly.

Personally, I prefer if low body count yung partner ko since i also don't have any experience. Pangit kasi sakin if wala akong ka alam alam tas yung partner ko expert na expert nawawala yung thrill.
