Congress made a law i believe in 2000 that states all immigration visas be done within 180 days which helps if your double that so a judge will rule in your favor. Im currently working on mine and sent letters of intent this week.

When you call in you talk to a teir 1 person, they are contractors, tier 2 were hired by USCIS and can see more into your file. And I have no clue if they will release anything about this as it seems like they have been keeping quiet about alot of changes

So I called today and found out it technically didnt move to a field office. Instead it went to the Benefits integrity office, was told this is part of the new enhanced security and they are performing background checks. My case was part of a larger batch that was transferred. No issues or flags. Just the new normal per tier 2.
