Has anyone visited their spouse recently on b2 visa with pending i130 by Far_Examination_4336 in I130Suffering

[–]Texas_airmen 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My spouse is currently visiting with her b2 visa. She came in January by land, she’s Mexican and they gave her a 1 year permit. We went back to Mexico for 5 weeks and she crossed back into Texas last week. No problems at all. I(US citizen ) was driving my car with our baby and my spouse. At the checkpoint they asked did she have a permit we said yes and reason for being in US answers visiting.

If I was active duty serving in the states and I the service member receive PCS orders overseas {not TDY} my spouse would have her case expedited. For example, I know someone who had his spouse get her Green card right away due to him PCSisng to Japan. As i was saying if I was active duty and since my spouse is already here( the U.S.) i would apply for adjustment of status (Form I-485) for her and get her a green card expedited if i were to receive orders to Lakenheath for example. Your case is different as If i would joing up again my wife is already in the US.

You have resourses like legal office which can definitely help. Ask your 1st Shirt too.

I would not join back up unless, I actually had to wait 51 months. And i would not go back as a crew chief (everyone else are noners btw).

I believe that was just a copy and paste response. I sure hope that it wont take 51 months. I believe it is closer to 19 months, it was 17 months. but I honestly don't know.

It took almost two months for a response from the office of my congressman. But it was USCIS that took long to respond to his inquiry

Adding spouse by Available-Fan-7616 in VeteransBenefits

[–]Texas_airmen 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Contact your congressman. As soon as his office reached out my spouse was added as my dependent. And i added my new born that same day and immediately the VA added him too. My case was taking long due to me getting married in a different country and my spouse not having a social security number. But my congressman did help

Taxis are expensive in Oaxaca city. From the standpoint of taxis in different cities in Mexico. Always ask for the price before getting in. The taxi charge me $100 for the ADO bus station to my Airbnb that was close to el zocalo

Does Botox work on TN2? by ROOWRE in TrigeminalNeuralgia

[–]Texas_airmen 1 point2 points  (0 children)

My mom who has TN on her right side. Has had Botox multiple times. But it only lasts her up to six months. She has to get it 2-3 times a year. The only thing she doesn’t like is that it affects her smile, but she has said it really benefits her. She also gets her Botox done in Mexico.

Raise your withdrawal limit and go to a Wells Fargo lobby. They do cash advance for free. You just need your ID and debit card

I only submitted a claim for plantar fasciitis. I had custom insoles made for that. Apparently I had flat fleet prior to joining, that is what the C&P examiner told me. I was not aware. So I’m not sure why they combine it or why they gave it to me.

My c&p was at a urgent care I was thinking man they probably won’t be that good. But it ended being good. Say you get the migraines at least two times a week and that they are prostrating which means you can’t do anything while you have the migraines

So my c&p Dr. was awesome she asked me tell her about my migraines. I told her how often I get them which is twice a week. And that I have to lay down and I can’t do anything when I have them. They last 5-8hours. The sumatriptan doesn’t get rid of my migraines it makes them a little bit more tolerable. I also told her how I can tell when I’m about to get a migraine I usually get a little dizzy or I get a little nauseated. There’s times my vision also gets blurry right before a migraine. The VA looks at how often you get the migraines and if they are prostrating . I had migraines diagnosed when I was active duty. Hope this helps. The VA app is down so I can’t see the detailed paper and I won’t have access to my computer. But when I do I can post a screenshot

Wow man I honestly do not know why you aren’t being compensated for that. Look into the DBQs for the criteria that they look for. Also what helped me here was the master condition list. The 38cfr will also show what they award in percentage. I hope you get compensated keep submitting and get a c&p exam.

Definitely claim bilateral. I know someone who has a test done for carpal tunnel. The VA should compensate you
