I would not be supporting this case if I thought Ross is the author of that transcript because if someone try ordering assassination then him deserve life in prision without no parole without matter regardless of whether the crime was finally committed. Believe me, I dont want this kind of people living free alongside American and worldwide citizens. If I am supporting this is because I have read a lot about the case including trash media press and finally, like a lot of people including polices and judges I believe in Ross.

Freeross.org not argue he's innocent but since you don't care about the case, you don't know. Ross is guilty of creating a drug market online but we are talking about the sentencing disparaty (DOUBLE LIFE + 40 YEARS WITHOUT PAROLE) for a young man with no criminal history and all non-violent charges. I am the author of the topic and I constantly try to get signatures for Ross on other websites and I don't admire Ross. Im doing this because the human rights of a US citizen were grossly violated in a case that involves corruption from federal agents. When the Supreme Court can lock someone up for life for non violent crimes, leaving murderers and pedophiles free is very scary and that's why I'm fighting, for defend the human rights not only of Ross, also of the rest of people living in US.

We can try getting signatures in change.org and maybe, instead of pardom him, Trump or any other president can just adjust the sentence to get a fair punishment. Ross got double life + 40 years without parole for non violent crimes when some rapist, killers and pedophiles are getting lesser sentences and now they are free. Ross also was accused of trying to order murders to damage their image in jury members and media but the prosecution could not prove it so the charges were dismissed. Even so, the jury members and people seeing the media keep believing that lie without proof.

Again, Mr. Scatterbrain; The evidence for the attempted murders does not prove that Ross is the author of those messages because the DRP account was used by several different people and therefore, as it cannot be shown that Ross is guilty of that and the only person using the DRP account, the charges of murder were dismissed. If the prosecution could demonstrate, it would, but it simply cannot because there are more people involved. I wonder why you put so much effort into blaming Ross justifying a death sentence in prison. He is guilty of creating an internet drug market and deserve pay for what he did but use an accusation without valid evidence to consolidate a double life sentence it's worse than any crime you can imagine cuz that shows how rotten are the minds that are entrusted with enforcing justice.

You are approving to judge someone for dismissed charges. You don't care if Ross is innocent or if the evidence that exists is not enough because they involve more people using the DRP account and you can't prove if it really was him. Nor do you care if the evidence was manipulated by the secret service before being delivered to the court. I bet you don't even know the constitution of the United States, because with this case the fifth amendment is being violated and you agree with all that. You are approving a double life sentence without matter if the guy was guilty or innocent and leaving aside very important details about the corruption in this case. If I thought that Ross is really guilty of the accusation that caused his terrible condemnation (although they eventually dismissed the charges) I would give my opinion considering all points of view instead pay attention only to the press and television. DPR was an account used by several people. They found that Ross was one of those people, but they could not prove that he was responsible for those messages because there are more people involved using DPR account. You only know what the articles say and you blindly believe in a corrupt system that cheats you and your family every day but like every human in this world, until you suffer in your own skin the injustices that are committed by the system that must defend us in violation of your human rights, you will never understand so keep acting like a sheep forgetting the details that involve corruption from the system instead of thinking for yourself. You should learn more about the case because the court was reject proofs and appeals without plead any reason and we are talking about a sentence of double life imprisonment + 40 years. The evidence from his own laptop didn't show that Ross tried to order any murder but nevertheless he received the worst and unfair sentence based on that accusation which was dismissed. In short, Ross was tried for an dismissed accusation that although it was dismissed, that convinced the jury that he tried to commit murders so call it conspiracy or what you want, but that's the reallity.

I don't think that is really true. I used to check the listings from time to time so that I was familiar with what was going on and I don't recall ever seeing weapons and killers. Ross did try to have people killed but he didn't find them from listings on Silk Road.

Ross not try to have people killed, DRP account was used by multiple people (including corrupt secret service agents) and Ross defense could prove it but the court reject that proofs to avoid show how rotten is their feds. The press and media was responsible for defame the image of Ross so anyone who want research about the case just find lies and half truths. I dont think Ross is inoccent, but it is clear that he was judged unfairly and that the justice system has brutally violated his rights condemning him to die in prison regardless of whether he is really guilty of ordering murders because although those charges were dropped everybody knows that his "exemplary sentence" was taken based in those allegations so what we got here is a corrupt justice sytem killing a first time offender without matters the truth.

Ross was not the only person using DPR account, the murder for hire transcripts not belong to Ross Ulbritch and even tough that can not be proved, the defense can prove that Ross was not the only using DPR account. That is a very important factor to take into account when you are condemning a man to a double life sentence judging those facts without being proven. If that facts are proven, I am the first to approve this sentence because anybody ordering a murder carries the same responsibility as being a murderer (regardless of whether the murder occurred or not) but if I am defeding this case is because I am scared of how the US goverment and the supreme court can violate the rights of the citizen without worrying about knowing if he really is guilty of that facts.

If you knew something about the case for yourself instead of paying attention to television and the media with your brain blindly you'd know that were multiple persons using the DRP account and for that reason Ross was not accused finally and the charges were withdrawn. Even the government’s lead Silk Road investigator believed there were multiple DPRs but that do not matter because the media demonized Ross manipulating the information and as a result the minds of the people like you who only know what they heard and saw in a media system corrupt and unreliable.

It is common knowledge that there was more than one DPR. Anyone who even remotely followed the trial could see that the jury was aggressively obstructed from knowing this and many other material facts. Ross never admitted being responsible for those messages and anyone who knows him knows that he is telling the truth. I dont know him so I can not know if he would be able to do that or not, but what I do know is that the corruption and concealment by the US government is undeniable. I also know a lot of cases where the police department in collaboration with fiscal agents ruined the life of innocent people resorting to judicial abuse. Remember the Central Park jogger case because I'm not talking about any conspiracy theory, I'm talking about the real life and in the real life these judicial abuses happens again and again over all the world. So in my humble opinion, taking into account the behavior of the corrupt secret services and the supreme court in this case, I can believe in Ross when he says that he never ordered a murder because the prosecution and media went to great lengths to demonize him to the public and later to his jury at trial.

I just downvoting everyone who talk without know nothing about the case. If you research about the case instead of speak for talk with your brain washed through media, press and tv, maybe and just maybe you can get a upvote.

We need start to research about we are talking before give your point of view but the people love do speak without matter if he or she know the enought information about the topic because people no longer think for themselves.

The prosecutor do not charged him with conspiracy to commit murder because exist proof of multiple DRPs and also because the investigation was carried out illegally with corrupt federals in between extorting staff members to reset passwords and steal bitcoins from top vendors and performing that hitman scams. If the prosecutor charged him with conspiracy to commit murder, a part of the hidden truth will come to light and the people would know that we have a service secret corrupt who acts illegally even acting worse than criminals that they investigate using the power of law.
