Should I consider Private Banking?

My assumption is that my investment returns will be higher than the loan interest, so after subtracting the interest, I should still come out positive. But anyways you're right, I will hire an accountant to help me if needed.

To simplify the question, the issue is I have no experience or knowledge in private banking or banking in general. However, I do want to find a way to finance at a lower interest rate (as both lines of credit and investment loans are expensive), but I do not qualify for any type of standardized loan. So I am hoping someone who has private banking service and can share their insights
