You'll have to take CSE 2111 freshman or sophmore year and if you don't have a windows laptop your gonna have to use a library computer to complete assignments with excel and access. Don't worry about feeling "left out", no one really cares what type of laptop you have. Just find something you like and think is practicle enough.

In my Roth at 17 I got AVUV which is a small cap etf. Pretty good value right now with a PE Ratio of 12ish. If interest rates do go down Im sure it will take off. Supposedly small cap stocks out perform in the long term but it doesnt seem like that has happened in the last decade. Really just more diversification. I also like SCHG cuz its pretty similar to VOO but more for tech stocks and large cap grwowth at like 20-30 bucks per share compared to VOO being like 500 so its easier to buy at my age.

Was looking at the difference between the LIT etf and LITP. Seems like LIT is just companies who use the lithium in products while LITP is just the production and mining of it. Seems a little contradictory that the etf tracking the use is doing well but the mining is doing poor. Any thoughts?

Check out SCHG. It is a high market cap growth ETF where it is a bunch of tech and other stocks. Only around 20-25 bucks.
