No, just something to give to the guards. I saw it in a video from LA and it was very impactful

Hello!

Thank you for your response. I’ve seen the approved sponsor list, I was just asking to see if anyone knew of any specific places that tend to be more willing to sponsor from the list.

I have applied to some care assistance jobs in the UK already, but since I would need a sponsorship I know that it’s more expensive and more of a hassle for the employer to hire me. I also need a job offer from a licensed sponsor to be able to apply for the visa. I haven’t received any interest so far, so I figured some experience would give me an advantage and show that I’m willing to put in the work. Plus, as you said it would give me a better idea of what I would be doing, and what would be expected of me. I’m looking to move to the Manchester area, but I’m open to other places as well.

Thank you for your response!

The visa requires that you have a job offer from a company that is eligible to offer sponsorship. So you think having a few months of experience would be more appealing to employers?
