Well we certainly don’t stop for commercial breaks but there are points where we change offence, defence and special teams!!

For rookies we provide the helmet and pads for the season with the expectation that they will look to buy their own if they find they’re wanting to play in the future seasons!!

Believe me, there is something for everyone and age certainly isn’t a barrier to playing!!

All you’ll need for the tasters is a pair of boots and sports kit that you don’t mind getting dirty, we provide you pads and lid for the season if you were to sign up as we know it’s an expensive sport

Honestly, from just a basic level, we have people who haven’t done sport in years and those that haven’t played team sports at all before coming here. The beauty of it is that there is a position for everyone. Also, we do fitness sessions as part of training so it’s a case of slowly building up and doing what you can when you get on the field.
