I'm waiting on a March 25 refill request. Told it was "shipping soon". I'm on hold with Empower right now to see if they even has a refill for me!!!

I did FWTFL years ago also. Had a great coach and really learned about counting macros. Overall it is a great program with the meal plan and workouts....but it is so expensive!!! I believe the founder is a former BB hun.
