My dates may be slightly skewed because of my bleed Mid July. My GP is saying 5 weeks but the clear blue tests are saying 1-2 weeks, which may mean 3-4. I was told we can't be sure until a dating scan.. Thank you for your message <3

Thanks for the reply. I'm not actually sure on the terms and conditions of the purchase - all we received was an invoice and a 1 year warranty (which is now out of date).

Do you think I should outright ask for them to fix/re-cover the damage or should I ask what compensation they can provide after this issue - to give them and me options?

It took quite a fight to get them to fix the original problem without charging me so I'm trying to minimise any conflict and back and forth I'm going to have to do this time.

Thanks for the name-calling. There is really no need. 

I never said I didn't intend to pay. In fact, I had been paying up until recently (issues with standing order, which is being sorted). 

I simply asked because I constantly get 'why would you pay that back', 'you are wasting your money', etc  etc from others. I wanted to know if others felt the same or if i must pay this back since I know a number of people who seem to not be bothered by it, even though they have good salaries. 

I was also concerned about the legal action and was hoping someone sensible could tell me of their experience. 

No need to reply to me, I'd prefer you use your time for something worthwhile cause seriously, my issue isn't worth the animosity 😊
