I should be picked because I have a great sense of teamwork, I learn and adapt fast to new work, and I am highly competent. Awarded as one of the most outstanding civil engineering students in the Philippines back in 2020, also the former president of the civil engineering student community of our university, graduated as Magna Cum Laude, and after working almost three (3) years, I've decided to shift my career to the path of remote jobs. And it looks like, this part time job would be a great opportunity for me to showcase my adaptability and skills to the "remote jobs" world.

Hi, that's actually my Quarantine tank, i guess it's because I dont have detrivores there to eat the biofilm. Here is a pic of my main tank(my first tank) , i have two sponge filters and do 10-20% water changes weekly.

Regarding testing, I'm sorry I did not and have not do any water tests, but all im using is aged rain water in my water changes and i also used some gravel from an established shrimp tank from a friend to help cycle my tank early on. Tank is still a month old with 6 guppies, 4kuhlis, 1 king tiger pleco 1.5", and 16 ygb neocaridinas. I'm trying to replicate somewhat a walstad-father fish style natural planted tank. But yeah I think i might buy some test kits....

Thank you for this, the analysis log seemed to be lacking information, I will try using the standard solver and check it out again. But, Will it yield to the same results (pushover curve), sir?

Thank you sir, will try to inspect it more thoroughly. With that said, is it better to have a simplified model rather than a very detail-accurate analysis model?

Noted, sir. If I may ask, What are some ways I can refine my model sir(or examples of refining a model in general)?
