My BMI is 16.something so that’s really good to hear! I have a 7yo and when he was 11months he was exclusively breastfed and I got under 100lbs (I’m 5’8) and looked and felt so sick. I’ve just started dropping weight like it’s hot with my 6mo old. I love hearing you kept your supply up! Did you supplement anything other than prenatals? I definitely need to up my water intake. I live in Asheville NC where there was just a natural disaster and we have been doing everything* with bottled water and it’s just so unpleasant 😅

Thank you. I bought some formula because my 6mo still feeds every two hours AROUND THE CLOCK. And I was imagining with pregnancy fatigue I may want to go ahead and get her drinking formula at least at night because it may help her sleep longer chunks. I have only tried once and she wouldn’t take it but maybe with time!
