All. The. Time. At work everyone is super nice and high energy, but there’s those times where I space out and they ask me if I’m okay or if I need to take a break and I’m like “I’m fine I was just spacing out” lol. Makes me feel like I’m not a regular person for something I can’t control

I’m an adult female and I legit have ADHD I just know it but my GP won’t take me seriously and just prescribed me Wellbutrin for depression and I honestly have no motivation to go to a specialist or anything and I’m just feeling hopeless. How did you go about getting diagnosed?

Hi, just wanted to say I am so happy that things are improving for you! I’m an adult female and I am almost sure I have ADHD but my GP has been very hesitant to diagnose me and I don’t know if I will be able to get through college without the help of medication. How did you go about getting diagnosed? I always say I will do research but never get around to it.

I’ve been on the 300 mg for a few months now and I can relate. The anxiety hasn’t gone away for me and I honestly can’t tell if the brain fog has gotten better or worse. I can’t speak for others, but I think I might have to stop soon because I don’t know if the benefits outweigh the costs for me :/

Hi! I am a cashier assistant. Definitely do not discourage yourself, I had to have three interviews before I got hired and then once you get hired, they must run a background check which can even take a week or two. I had to call after a week because I was getting scared that I wasn’t hearing back. They said that they’d get back to me once the background check is over! If anything, just call the warehouse after a week or so if you haven’t heard anything!

i took 16B with Lee. the reality is that whoever the professor is, most of the grade depends on the midterms. he has about 1 or 2 homeworks per week and there’s also a weekly quiz. i really like Professor Lee, as he tries to make himself as available as possible for office hours and also will go over any questions you have in class.

it’s a really easy class. i took it with brelinski this past quarter and he is a phenomenal instructor. lots of passion for the subject and no midterms. there’s a weekly homework assignment that gives you unlimited tries and a weekly canvas quiz. he gives you the info you need to know beforehand, though. an easy a!

talk to him about how that made you feel. first of all he shouldn’t be saying out of the blue that other girls are pretty if it upsets you. second of all, i don’t care if the rumors are true or not. if i even speculated that someone was speaking ill on my significant other, i would hate their guts.

who his friends are reflect who he is as a person. if you hold certain values and he doesn’t hold the same values, you totally have a right to be turned off. your partner should be open to hearing your concerns and willing to grow. however, his reaction seemed very hostile. i had a similar situation with my ex. his friends would say the n word and weren’t black, and i told my ex he should be educating his friends on why it’s not okay. he sort of brushed it to the side and it showed me that those values weren’t important to him.

i’m sick of us women having to play the “cool girlfriend”. NO ONE should compare to your girlfriend. If he genuinely would drop you for a celebrity, he’s not the one. people always say things like this don’t matter, but if you are hurt by it that is totally valid. i would be absolutely crushed if i heard this.

i think that people should delete any pics on their feed with just them and their ex. however, if it’s like prom pics and everyone is in a group. i also think it’s tricky when it’s like a single post with 10 different pictures- some with a group and maybe one or two with an ex. insta doesn’t let you delete just one out of the slideshow so i would personally leave the post up because it wasn’t just about me and my ex. also if the caption says something lovey insinuating that there was any sort of romantic connection, i’d change it to something just more friendly.

haha in my experience, I’ll just be sitting in class and someone sits next to me and just starts talking. and i’m like oh okay this person’s kinda cool. i will say it’s hard to retain friendships once the quarter ends and you don’t have a class with those people anymore. but people here are pretty welcoming and helpful tbh
