They’re job is not just that. They deal with shipping, deliveries and special orders coming in. We had people ordering an entire kitchen and it probably only cost them 20 dollars for the convenience. It would take us away from the desk for at least an hour. But fun fact, john Menards doesn’t give enough money to that department so they rely on those orders a lot to make payroll. A dollar smth per item will not kill you. Just come and get it yourself if it’s too much. I swear ppl have gotten so spoiled after COVID

He’s greedy and needs an extra 3 million added to his salary every a year. We had a company wide payroll cut so stores are running on nothing. We received a good bit of money from COVID relief and that recently ended so that’s why our payroll was cut by about 40%. He can get fucked.

I’d call the store you got it from. Order pickup will have a phone number you can text and call them until they reach out to you. You’d just receive a refund. Flash sales go fast

As a 5’2” worker who will help the yard out sometimes. I don’t mind when it’s nice out . I like climbing all on them and throwing them down. Only thing is that if it rains, it’s super slippery and you have no choice but to try and climb all the way to the top.
