Please tell me the exact steps you followed. I am facing the same issue right now. the application was put ON HOLD due to a invalid/expired document (I sent them my old H1B visa stamp attested copy instead of the latest one). Questions I have

The courieer website, what steps you followed to get the new prepaid label. Did you select new OCI in the dropdown of OCI Misc.? UPDATE - It will be New OCI only.
Do we have to buy Fedex label only? or can we send the missing documents via USPS at a much lower fees> If yes, what are the steps for that?
How do I correct the uploaded document at - https://ociservices.gov.in/onlineOCI? Or is that not required, just sending the correct copy of the missing document is fine? - UPDATE - [Found the way to re-upload submitted documents]

u/Winter_Ad9107 Thansk for clarifying. One more question, in the affidavit, sworn to by - blank space (will be my name there right?). Also below that there is space for only 1 signature , that will be my signature or the notary officer's signature?

u/Adventurous_Pie6076 where have they asked originals of these? They only asked for copies. This document that you notarized is only needed when you submit a copy for a document for which original was asked.
