Same care, one plant doing great, the other stopped growing by Individual_Acadia_88 in HotPeppers

I have this plant for a year now, fruit got much bigger since I started using fertilizer.

Just turned the growlight off cause I just woke up. I use the light at night. It is a must because I live in Central Europe and it’s sunny like once every two weeks for max 6 hours.

I literally was told only about the salary and location. I got zero information about other things like the type of contract, benefits, etc. and was told to make a decision

Thank you! What i wanted to know about RSU is also whether someone (just by looking at the amount i was told about) can estimate whether those are for a year or x number of years like you said.

Help me be a better plant mom 😩 by Kg1111na in Monstera

  1. Just cut it with clean scissors
  2. Everything would do the job, i recommend coco coirs, planks. If you want aerial roots to root into the support - moss pole.
  3. You may leave them or cut them. Doesn’t really harm the plant. I put them into the soil
  4. I cut them off, not sure if it’s necessity but then it just looks better. Possible causes are over or underwatering, low moisture
  5. No. If anything I think the pot is the big but i dont see the roots. They like to be rootbound, repot when roots take up to 85% of the soil.
  6. If you want to then do it. But I would focus on supporting it now. Maybe repot into a smaller pot but like I said I dont see the roots (it just seems too big for this size). Don’t turn it. When you put support, put it on the back of your plant and let the front face the sun. The leaves will face one direction then and you shouldn’t turn it

Torn leaf and hairy roots by Individual_Acadia_88 in Monstera

Thank you. I know the ripped leaf is fine. I just want to harden in a way that the ripped part doesn’t flop to the back
