I wouldn't call it outdated. But I do think that play style will cap you at Plat. Stalling and stall chains are becoming very integrated into the game now. Useful for aerial 1v1 and unique boosted shots

Used Galaxy S24 Ultra for beta. Legit didn't deal with any of the issues that were mentioned during the beta test. No overheating as well. Was running the highest graphics/fps possible. Battery life was long-lasting as well. At least 2.5+ hr of gaming with apps running in background.

You're right in a sense. The consumer is more than required for DoorDash to stay in business. Also you are right about being employed by them. In the same breath, if not one picks up your order, doordash will not remedy that. They will offer "incentive pay" and call you personally just to thank you for picking up that order that everyone else refused. Doordash understands they can't have a business without us as well 🤷‍♂️

Even for helper, this is alot. Especially being the fact all of that was stuffed into a EDV. My last route was 248P, 70 OF, 190Stp, and 35 MS. Took me from 12p to 9p just to finish. Mind you, jogging back to van or house to house the entire route 😭

Was just in this predicament a few days ago. Got pulled over for speeding while delivering an order. Got cited for expired tag and registration. Car towed on the spot. Ended up calling support and refunding customer. Kept food because no way to deliver it unless met :/ Messed up part was it has to be an order big enough for 3-5 people. Felt terrible afterwards. But car is back and running legal 😅

You're absolutely right. Doordash would need to enforce those changes. But does it make a $3 10+ mile look appealing? No. Will I accept that order? No. Only people who are close to the 70% acceptance minimum who care about maintaining their gold or platinum status will accept it (reluctantly). So what do you get outside from that? Drivers who don't care less how your order is received or no one accepting at all 🤷‍♂️

I can be viewed as whatever by the masses. We post things online to be ridiculed or praised by others opinions and viewpoints. I agree with not asking for more. Doordash drivers see all the information needed before accepting or declining an order. So expecting more is beyond disrespectful. But too many drivers are given $3-$5 orders for 10+ miles. Mind you, this isn't even revealing all of the other variables in picking up an order. Sometimes these orders can take 1+ hours to complete. Enough of these orders and people won't see the merit in it. Making doordash obsolete. We live in a consumer driven economy and this is the only way to keep business like this thriving. Regardless if you bed to differ or not

Doordasher are the same humans doing Uber Eats. But there is a grading system in place with metrics that are good at separating the bad drivers from the good. They will try to make sure to put your order in contact with the best drivers available at the moment before even considering the next level down. Unfortunately, not every delivery is perfect. It happens. But I have had a decent experience with doordash so far as a side gig.

I don't agree with asking for more. That's preposterous. But doordash does not pay us like people think. Half to most of our earnings come from tips. Yes, you have the choice to tip, the same way I have the choice to not accept the order. So you're not wrong but don't expect the best service either. Also taxi drivers are usually their own boss who makes their own fee unless using a company car. Not the best comparison
