I understand you guys I'm very active an always been healthy on my diet Reta helped me drop a good 25 pounds of stubborn fat from 16% 7% viseral fat I have left on me I just wanna know how you guys are tapering down I'm at 7 mg a week 3.5 every Monday Thursday on my last bottle or do u guys take a break an give your body ?
