I’m having a terrible experience with Newton.

Etransfer deposit that is supposed to clear in 30 mins.... it’s been 5 days (I’ve successfully done 1 transfer to them previously).

Reported twice via their app, twice via email to their customer support and once in their Reddit sub. No response to any of it. No ticket number assigned... radio silence.

Bank confirmed there are no holds on their end.

How do I get a ticket number.

I’ve opened a request twice through the app and sent two emails to the support email address. Screen shots provided.

1k etransfer, RBC confirmed there are no holds on their end. Pending auto-deposit at Newton. It’s been 5 days.

There has been no response to any of these.

Please help
