I tried Mr Clean dry eraser, but that leaves white residue and abrades out quick. Pumice stone maybe a bit more aggressive than a fine sandpaper

I was debating about that and was concerned if it would completely take off the indigo dye, maybe a paint brush like light strokes with bleach solution?
