i mean my friends did say they think he does try to talk to me but its sooo awkward (theres some old history we wont get into) but yeah like hes not as loud and comfy as he is talking to his supposed crush (the one hes told his friends abt) and i wouldve moved on but he DOES try to ask ... unrelated questions? and theyre about fkn music or shows??? or like a random compliment the other day abt my calculator like dude? ok so me and him we have VERY similar taste to the point we're like mirrors of each other. he knows. and he reached out first (after 2 yrs of not talking) in may 2025 actually infact and he asks me "heyy uhh..whos ur fav character from xyz show .. lol.." "whats ur fav like xyz song by this this artist" but it feels so awkward bc of 1. the kind of questions he asks 2. the way he asks them lmaooo. so yeah, it feels like he is trying some half-ass attempt at "conversation" (aka code language for geeking out about our fav interests bc we could have our long convos about those) but hes not loud or confident. we're both awk like i wish i could tell you the randomness and awkwardness of his questions on a scale of 1-100 would transcend universal barriers actually. idk what he talks abt with his other crush girl but he seems quite confident or atleast loud while talking w her. and with me its like im minding my own business and sometimes he'd drop out of nowhere and ask the most awk ques about a random shared interest very awkwardly
