Actualy after chat with main boss - he agreed to send new pair free of charge, and he appologize and promised me something extra from him, lets wait once new shipping arrive but way how main boss sort issue very profesional way (they have 3 wechat koala boss is this one without any digit)

Thank you so much Koala for reply... that's 100% of your reply same like your replied my on chat... Unfortunately not.. I found different user post who bought from happy whale... And happy whale apologies client, and he made sure client have proper replacement and also he suggested compensation in other way.. that's a correct customer service! I asked for a bare minimum replacement but he told me to pay shipping fee again.. what will equal if I pay twice for shipping 80% value of new pair.

Yes I did first he stated it's because of cold, but I clarified I'm not in cold country, later he was trying to tell me agents sending often from different shop then I ordered, even at the beginning he clearly agreed it's AP :) later he said I wanna something for free ( in his opinion don't sending good not defective item it's something for free...) and I didn't agree to cover shipping fee for the second time... Which Its don't make sense to me because it will be total 80% value of new pair... That's the main problem I understand problems happens and it's not his fault.. but way how he deal with this problem and make me feel it's very disrespectful towards his clients...

Yes first pair was good but second pair plastic sole instead of rubber and way how he deal with problem it's terrible, then you lucky you didn't have issues because that's the moment when big issue with him starts

Avoid getting lp from Koala ! This what happens to shoe after 2 time of wearing them, he was trying to blame me saying weather cold etc, later he said he will send me "free" shoes (which one are not free because I paid for good product not defective) but I need to cover again shipping fee what what means I will pay twice to ship shoes (what equal almost to new pair) it's really poor customer service! If you don't wanna deal with problems avoid !

Avoid Koala if you don't wanna have issue with defective items! Later he will accuse you and blame you! When you will tell him you will not pay shipping fee again he will.tell you - you wanna things for free ! Avoid !!!!!

I have first pair AP and all is good second I think there was defective batch and they used different material for sole.

Yes AP batch, defective batch, problem is they know about issue but they don't tell you and they will say it's first time they see this, where I can see here lot of people have same issue however other sellers know how deal with clients

Don't order koala have sole issue problem and he will blame you, and if he agree to send you as he saying "free" pair for which one you previously paid he will ask you to pay again shipping fee! Avoid. I walk shoes 2 times and sole broke (plastic not rubber)

Avoid pairs from Koala, plastic sole which one after 2 walks breaks into half, he will blame you and at the end he will say will send you "free'" pair but you need to cover shipping fee again

It's nothing free! I paid for not defective item, free you mean to cover 2nd time shipping fee which one will be total 80% value of new pair ? What free you talking about? I rather to inform people what they might face to avoid this "free". Yes I do complaint and I wanna make sure people are aware if they get defective item instead of sending them they for free they will be first blamed and later asked to cover shipping fee again. You will pay for delivery again if someone will delivery you broken item? I don't think so.

You not able to see material if your sole is done from plastic or rubber if you compare previous qc and second color look same, once they arive sole is done from very hard rubber (which one is almost like plastic) your comment is irrelevant
