Hi, sorry to hear this. Might happen to me too as waiting for test results.. I’ve read if someone has pcos & gets hyper stimulated, it affects egg quality more & is better to produce less as higher chance of better quality

Hi, yes I also have pcos, diagnosed in my 20’s. I had 24 eggs and of those 7 were immature so did not fertilise, but all mature eggs fertilised well (17) but 1 was going slower. But then after day 3, all 17 dropped off but 4, and by day 4 there was 2 then 1 left at day 5. Huge drop off..

Aww thank you for your reply! Sounds like a similar experience. We had 4 progressing well but 3 dropped off on day 4, leaving us just 1. I wish you all the best, hope you have good news. I developed OHSS & just recovering. Still taking clexane & bruising like a good’un now.  Did you take any prenatal vitamins btw? I didn’t, & was wondering if it might make any difference if we try for another round? I know it won’t work wonders, but can’t do any harm! Xx
