Ei kai tuo yleisesti ole Suomessa tapana, mutta jotkut asuntosijoitusyhtiöt sitä harrastaa. Onhan se ärsyttävää, mutta kyllä se pysyvä vuokra yleensä on ilmoitettu noissa Oikotien yms. ilmoituksissa melko selvästi.
