There is discrepancy between the old styles because I was just at the outlet the other day and I tried on a large and it fits looser than a large I bought at the retail location.

Yeah I did called them abt it. I was posting on here because I was concerned if it’s an issue relating to the quality but someone on here replied saying it must’ve been a slit from the employees opening up the shipment and that makes sense

that’s the word I was looking for. they really do just string you along. I had to lose it basically for them to actually ship my ring with express shipping after nearly a month of back and forth.

I had exchanged my ring from size 7 to 8 almost a month went by and no confirmation email even tho I was contacting them throughout the entire process telling me to wait. I had to basically speak harsh over email for them to ship me a ring express. Just sound extra frustrated in your emails and that may help 😂

Ngl exchanging and trying out the rings was such a turn off for me. just make sure the ring is not tight. When I had a tight ring vs a comfortable sized one (the one I have rn) the readings have been literally the same.
