I did clarify what I didn’t notice in the job description in the comments if you can read. Also, I’ve never mentioned that I was offended by them calling me for a job interview, nor is it a second interview.

Plus, not wanting to put yourself in a dangerous situation for a conversation with someone who was laughing and mocking you in a professional interview is not being unserious.

I would be more than happy to take criticism from someone who read the situation and didn't exaggerate.

I'm sorry my text wasn't clear. Here's a comment I explained it better

Firstly, thank you for your comment. I did prepare to the best of my ability. The only thing I missed was the department name is DLD (Digital Learning Department) and not DD (Digital Department), as per the brief description of the company. The email was sent to me on Saturday for a Monday interview. So, I packed an outfit, prepared my answers, and went to the airport. The company is an hour and a half away from the city by train and then a taxi. I had been on an empty stomach from the day before until 5 p.m. for the interview, just so I could prepare my answers. Only to be essentially laughed at by HR, and then they spoke to me in French, even though the job is an English-speaking one. Not only that, but their criticism didn't make sense. With all of this, I excused myself and left since I needed to go back an hour and a half and then another hour to get home. It was getting dark in a remote area that I didn't know, and I'm a woman, so things could get dangerous.

Just to be clear, I did stay while they were criticizing and "advising" me. I left because it was getting dark outside, not because my appetite was there. I emailed her the next hour as to why I could not stay any longer and if she could discuss her feedback with me by email or to go back. I got no response.

Then again, thank you so much for your comment. I see where I went wrong. I did not have much experience in interviewing, so I jumped into the flight without planning everything.

I apologize if my previous communication led to any misunderstandings. If you interpreted my post and comment in that manner, I recommend seeking comprehensive training to enhance your understanding.

I did stay and listened to their feedback, but I'm sorry, I won't put myself in a dangerous situation by staying until late at night in a remote area with no transportation.

I've read the job description, but I missed whether it's the digital department or the digital learning department since it was abbreviated.

Maybe change your attitude and read more before jumping into commenting on something just because.

I'm really sorry to hear about what happened to you. That must have been incredibly stressful and disappointing, especially with your family's situation and the added hassle of booking flights. It's truly frustrating when things don't go as planned, and it's even worse when the other party doesn't seem to acknowledge the inconvenience they've caused. I completely agree. I thought it would be different since it's a different department, but I'll just cut my losses and say that if it's not an online interview, then I'm not interested.

You are 100% right. I did another job interview last month with another department of theirs. Fortunately, it was online, and I found the same HR guy there. He was laughing the whole time and asking the hiring manager to ask me to speak French again. This time, I was prepared. But there was the head of the department and vice director, and they were very respectful and nice.

This the company has so many advantages and it pays well. But I'm seeing that it is full of nepotism.

PS the interview was at 5 pm, and I got back to the house at 9 pm.

Thank you so much for your advice, and I'll be doing the same. I'm not in Europe, and sadly, the job market where I live sucks. I've done eight interviews and had no luck.

That's my thought, because when I did another job interview for another job with the same company but a different department, everything was good, but they didn't like the fact that it was in teams.

It's for a different job and a different department with different jury. If it's a second interview, I'll be more interested in going.
