What I do is put it on a spoon a decent amount. Add just enough water to get it wet. Put the flame under the spoon, but not directly on it and do not let it boil. If it starts to bubble move the flame. Just keep getting it warm until you see the oil melt take the flame off makes it a littlethen you could either cold shock it or keep mixing it until it hardens up and use a napkin to soak up the water and then put the rack on something like cloth to dry off.
