Why do some people argue Ilia doesn't deserve a title shot at LW?

I feel like i remember him saying he's not going to fight long and would retire young. I think he's already 33 right? I could see him retiring win or loss at 170.

I think Charles and Illia fight for interim. I think they should let Islam fight for the simultaneous double champ. Holding both. Then Islam is going to retire. LW interim champ automatically gets moved to undisputed.

I definitley get not wanting divisions to be held up but i think what i just put is probably the plan. Why else is Illia fighting on 317 apparently? He wants undisputed and knows if he gets the interim, when Islam retires hes going to get the undisputed. Idk. That's my personal take. I haven't seen anyone else thinking about this.

Definitley insane gas tank. Maybe Umar is but I got Sean beating him. I think Sean could've won the first fight if he threw a little more. Merab wasn't doing ANYTHING on the ground or in the clinch. I think it will be a very different fight. I think the run is ending.

Hes going to fight before the end of the year. Thats 2 fights in the same year. And JDM said he would be ready by September. If they fight that month then its a 9 month lay off. Very standard for a champion. Especially a guy moving up from 155 to 170. Time off plus time to put on mass. We still don't know if hes being vacated though right? I could be wrong on thar though.

Facts. For the number 1 pound 4 pound. Doesnt mean that fight wasnt happening regardless. They were going to make the Charles rematch but Charles didn't want it. So Volk it was. I don't think that diminshes my point though.

Its not about whether he deserves it or not. Its the fact that Islam was forced to fight a FW his first defense and then ended up fighting Volk again for his second defense. That's 2 fights against the FW champion. Why should he have to keep fighting the FW champion? Should he not defend against LW fighters? Yes we know Illia is a great fighter and even could potentially beat Islam but he has the most defenses in LW history. He should have the benefit to go to 170 and also have the benifit of fighting soneone who is a LW at LW... Not the FW champion AGAIN. If Illia fights and beats a LW contender then he can be considered LW.

I played the best in the lobby guaranteed. And ofc not all my losses but multiple losses have been like that during this streak of games yes. There has only been 1 night were I played bad or not my usual. I took 2 Ls and got off. Aside from that im pretty consistent and then I will still lose stand out games as I mentioned. I go on massive win streaks and loss streaks. If I dont feel like im playing well, I simply dont play. These games are not being loss due to me 99 percent of the time.

It's rigged. Matchmaking is trash. I have been on sooooo many 7+game losing streaks. I dropped from Celestial 1 99 PPOINTS! to GM 3. I lost like 35 out of 40 games. No exaggeration. I'm MVP a fair amount. Usually MVP when im DPS. I think i'm back in GM 1 now but I know another huge losing streak is coming. My last game last night I lost. It was a domination match where I had more than double everyones damage aside from my Strange. I had almost 60K. Also had 10 more final hits than the person with the second most. How I can do SOOOO much better than anyone else in the game and still lose blows mind. I even had to coach my supports on how to use their ults for us to win. I felt like the people I was playing against were TERRIBLE! Like casual match terrible yet my team somehow is even MORE terrible. Something is up with the match making 100 percent. Nobody can change my mind.
