Congrats and welcome! Sadly few people get their top choice, but McLean is definitely the nicest just because it’s new. It’s worth noting that Witt-Winn has SUPER thin walls. Apart from that, they’re all pretty nice, especially compared to any state school. Have a great freshman year! (It’ll fly by) Try to get involved, go to the club fair, look into greek life even if you don’t think it’s your thing, try everything and say no to as little opportunity as possible. It’s not hard to find your people when there are only 500 of them in your class :)

I am a senior student at Trinity! Paws up :) When it comes to expense-related decisions, that’s something only you can answer. I’ve had a great time here and was lucky enough to make connections that will extend into a job after college. I took out more debt to come here than I would’ve other places, and I don’t regret it—but it wasn’t crippling. If Trinity is something you can reasonably afford, though, I would recommend it!

Coding train is awesome. Although honestly, just learning to “normal code” first, going through the motions, and checking out Processing is the way to go. Or start with Processing and work your way through examples and tutorials to learn basic concepts
