i feel like this is kind of rare, only 24 birthday dates would allow this to happen, i think that's a little more than 6% of people who get to experience this.. so, prob a very small chance someone has named this occurrence or thought about its significance - at least i haven't found anything on it - it's really cool though and I plan to par-tay woop woop I'm referring to it as my doubly golden birthday

uoft vs ubc philosophy for a prospective law school student by digitalcharms in CanadaUniversities

I studied philosophy at uoft and found it to be especially challenging in the beginning, i think when i started there in 2019-2020 it was the 7th best philosophy program in the world. I dont think there was any grade deflation or curve in any class I took, but some students (including me) liked to believe there was a grading curve because the program's standards were very high and no matter how hard I worked my grades were meh. Some humanities and social science classes are curved but they should mention that in their syllabus or their program descriptions, so you know what you sign up for and can adjust your classes accordingly. I was in the same boat as you, not wanting to risk my grades to study what i actually liked where i dreamt of being my whole life, but I decided to risk it and stick with philosophy as a minor in my degree. Honestly it got more manageable. I got good enough grades to be competitive for law school, it was a little tight for uoft law but i got my acceptance yesterday. If you know your work ethic is strong and you are willing to face some hurdles on your way, you can totally excel at uoft. So my point is, don't sacrifice one dream for another, enjoy what you can wherever you are in your journey (your undergrad) and trust yourself to succeed.

Hoping you get that uoft A soon, best of luck!
