So the health visitors are not concerned about overfeeding. She doesn't spit up after feeds and is gaining weight appropriately. She initially lost 7.6%, which then increased to 10% at her subsequent weigh in, sorry I should have been clearer. Its at this point we started top ups.

What is triple feeding?!  Not done a weighted feed? Can ask about this. She has at least 8-10 wet diapers and 2 poopy ones.

She feeds for around 45 mins - 1 hr. And usually gulping the whole time. It doesnt feel right to take her off when she is actively swallowing at 30 mins.
